my healthy-ish super bowl watch party snack menu

i promise, no salads are mentioned for game day lol

We’re officially approaching Super Bowl weekend, so naturally I’ve been thinking about snacks. I wanted to share some healthy-ish game day food that i’ll be buying at the grocery store this week (emphasis on -ish).

I’m not a nutrition expert by any means. I’m just someone who, (un)fortunately, can’t really eat the same way I used to for health reasons, but i’ve been finding small swaps and alternatives that still feel like game day food.

This isn’t about avoiding the classics, it’s just a little list of things I’ve found online (and actually like) in case anyone else wants options that don’t totally knock them out by half-time (lol).

Di Fara Pizza
Classic New York–style pizza from Brooklyn always hits. Not the healthiest option on the list, but really good. You also don’t have to be in New York to find it, some grocery stores carry it.

LesserEvil organic popcorn
A great “something to mindlessly snack on during commercials” option.

Siete Foods grain-free tortilla chips
I buy these for any chips and dip situation.

Simple Mills chocolate brownie mix
Warm brownies at halftime just make sense to me. My friend told me about this brand and it became an instant favorite.

Ice Cream for Bears (any flavor)
Now, warm brownies and ice cream make even more sense to me. Fully justifies baking brownies in the first place.

Alec’s Ice Cream
Creamy, classic flavors that feel a little lighter. Easy freezer grab and quickly became another favorite.

Olipop cola
Tastes surprisingly close to the OG Coca-Cola and a great soda swap if that’s what you’re craving.
