I'm passionate about sporty wellness-driven weekends. Between working a 9 to 5 and balancing our personal lives, it's easy to doom-scroll our weekends away and miss the moments that actually make life feel exciting.
I started Weekend Report not to tell you to get off your phone, but to show you what’s waiting for you when you do.
That might look like going to the US Open, catching an NBA or NFL game, taking a [solidcore] or pilates class, joining a run club, or just choosing to watch live instead of scrolling highlights. The wellness foundation (how you move, what you eat, how you show up) is what makes it all feel good from the inside out.
