Love this series—you really captured what makes draft season special. It’s easy to get caught up in stats and picks, but you highlighted the people behind the moments. The Arvell Reese story especially stuck with me… that kind of mentorship really does change everything.
Also appreciate how you tied in the undrafted perspective—that reminder that there’s more than one path feels bigger than just sports. And the mix of playoff energy + wellness tip at the end? Perfect balance. Chamomile tea and late-game highlights might be the new routine 👀
yay!! thank you so much :) there were so many great draft stories with this class and i was happy to highlight the people behind the moments. i totally agree, sports + life are one in the same to me
also, so glad you enjoyed the wellness tip 🙌🏽 my at-home game day routine has been 10 mins of red light therapy and ending with chamomile tea. it’s a great wellness/ nighttime skincare routine setup for late playoff games!

I loved the Terrell brothers' story, too, that I learned over draft weekend (they'll both play for ATL!)
i definitely have to look into them, but it’s so sweet that they ended up on the same team :)
